Minutes of the Conservation Commission’s September 16, 2010 Hearings and Meeting

Others Present: Dean Contaxis, Dave Wheeler, John Boleng and Frank Fazi
NOI – Submitted by Dean Contaxis. Location- 101 Lakeview Lane. Map 102/Lot 49 for reconstruction of Single family house. Continued from August 26, 2010 meeting due to lack of NHESP comments.
The revised planning plan was submitted and accepted, NHESP comments reviewed and the NOI was unanimously approved.
Information of note: Alan Binder was “brought up to speed” on this NOI as he was not present at the last meeting.
The hearing was closed at 7:50 p.m.
The meeting of the conservation committee was then opened.
Minutes from the Aug. 26, 2010 meeting were read and accepted.
Old Business
Accepted the amended order of conditions from WPOA to included the following. Fazi had submitted a letter and drawing regarding removal of two bog mats that have floated to an area at the waterfront and sunk in the location of 229 & 13 Lakeside Drive. The board visited the sites The letter also included a request to remove a tree that has fallen and landed so that it is half in the lake located at 339 Beetle Road.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
